As a fresh college graduate entering the IT industry, I was filled with excitement, expectations, and goals. After completing 10 months of training as a software engineer, I've gained a wealth of knowledge and experience that has exceeded my expectations. Our training program was comprehensive, covering both behavioral and technicalaspects. The technical training was a valuable foundation, starting from the basics and building up to advanced concepts. Even though I am from a technical background, I got to know about more things because our training was designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience. As a result, I've become a better person at coding both front-end (React) and back-end (Java), and I'm now a full-stack developer. The behavioral training was equally impressive, teaching us how to conduct ourselves in a professional setting based on our company's PORIE values: predictability, ownership, responsiveness, integrity, and engineering mindset.
