I joined here as a Trainee Software Engineer and currently working as a Full Stack Lead Engineer. My overall experience is 8+ years right now. I've had so many opportunities and exposure to grow myself and I'm choosing to stay with Relevantz for the job satisfaction I have.

Based on the PM, we don't receive minimal hikes even though we have the highest rating.

Job security is not there when we're out of even 1 project. This was not the case previously but currently its very bad. Less projects as of now Onsite would be promised but not fulfilled
