Joined the company last week.The interview process was realistic and the interviewer always referred about team work.The HR team is also open for discussions and negotiations. The company has a very friendly environment and they have both cultural and ethical values.

When I joined the Company two years ago, I was excited but also a bit nervous. I like HR process and managements and appraisal process.

I don't like the Commitment process as they have done with saying permanent work from home when they have hired, after 2 years the market was down they have fired and lay off all of the employees who ever working from home. I was also one of them. So I don't think its a good company in respect to job security.
