BEWARE OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM- The century's biggest scam is the training program the company has to offer. It is basically a cost cutting strategy and the freshers are the prey. The company will offer you a trainee program for as long as 7.5 months and towards the end will either fire you or extend the program. • The training period is basically where the company treats you nothing less than a "donkey". Why? Because it asks you to work like a full time employee but compensates you not even like an intern. •Recruit CRM has to say a lot when it comes to freshers, they say they welcome freshers. Right? Oh but that's not the truth my friend, I'll explain everything in this point. So, I was placed after clearing 7 rounds. But after that, I was introduced to the part which I love to call "How does Recruit CRM use Freshers". So, there are a lot of tests and not only that they can fire you at any point of time without any valid reason. This is what happens, So the initial month was just self learning and after a week or 2, mentor sessions start. Nothing elaborate, a senior sdr will tell how something related for say 30 mins for 2 weeks. And he/she genuinely praises you, supports you with doubts and will point out some flaws (opinion of all the fellow trainees). Once the mentor sessions are over, you'll again undergo a series of tests, interesting right? As if you are a college student and not an employee. If you are not one of the manager's favourites you'll get lesser chances as compared to others and if the hypocrites can fire you without a valid explanation. • Any word in this review isn't an invalid claim. Neither it's how I feel or a personal opinion. But these are facts that have been derived after careful observation.
