Good Place to Learn the product, product management Team members do take a step to help to their best, (Unfortunately they don't have bandwidth, as they are already in soup)

Terrible and toxic environment to work. You are the punching bag here.... In short, If a person with CHRO capabilities join, he will end up applying for HR Intern roles. (The discouragement will be to that extent) End of the day you will feel worthless both professionally and personally.

I have nothing to like about the organisation as it is one man made company and his thought process has been indulged everywhere.

It's always better to know less about the organisation and if possible stay away from thinking of getting into this. They think they have an extra-ordinary product in the market but I would say it's the least in the whole ATS solutions. They are not process oriented . There is one person who manages the whole organisation which is their MD who works round the clock and he expects his employees to be running along with him. The companies management the MD will poke his nose everywhere. He thinks the fresher has to do the same work as it can be expected from senior employees. Learning and development of skills is nothing but zero. Your knowledge will never going to increase if you work here.

For fresher who are coming out of college, they can try out working here. But for long term i will not suggest any one. You will get stuck with your career with no skill and personal development.
