Good Place to Learn the product, product management Team members do take a step to help to their best, (Unfortunately they don't have bandwidth, as they are already in soup)

Terrible and toxic environment to work. You are the punching bag here.... In short, If a person with CHRO capabilities join, he will end up applying for HR Intern roles. (The discouragement will be to that extent) End of the day you will feel worthless both professionally and personally.

The companies management the MD will poke his nose everywhere. He thinks the fresher has to do the same work as it can be expected from senior employees. Learning and development of skills is nothing but zero. Your knowledge will never going to increase if you work here.

For fresher who are coming out of college, they can try out working here. But for long term i will not suggest any one. You will get stuck with your career with no skill and personal development.
