Nothing . recoplastic was the worst company I have worked in I would recommend people not go there.

Everything, People are good except 2 or 3 people especially who are at higher post. They don't bother about development of company just want to degrade your morale and want to show everytime they are superior and they are working. Only these 2 or 3 people makes working enviornment so bad that no-one stays in this company more than ayear ( more than 25 people have left in 5 years of company where only 5-6 people team works at a time). If anyone wants to go in depression I will recommend to go in recoplastic. Owner is a good person but because of false reporting from those 2-3 people he also behaves abnormal sometimes. Don't believe in there false commitments or whatever they say before your joining because they did same with everyone....Read More

Everything.This is Simply a lala company ruled by two people Specially very rude behaviour the culture of the company so worst. They promised lots before ur visit after 1 month they starting crying even on single fault.even not fault they screaming on u they Always try to embrace u. So it's my advice not go to this company. It's a prison.

Salary increment is not done based on performance and it needs to be reminded to the management its not acknowledged, whereas salary hike should be considered every year based on performance which was major missing. Marketing budget was not even a concept so growth of the business was depended on the employee (if he spends from hispocket customer acquisition was possible) which was a very bad example hope it is corrected by the management....Read More

Work Details

The job was quite interesting and challenging but teammates were supportive so wasn't that tuff to crack the myth. Got the chance to wear multiple hats and learn about different dimensions of the industry.
