It's good experience. Free and friendly. As there is no tension ,I could produce nice results at work

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I was started my carrier as desktop support and they pramoted as IT support executive.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
