Nothing to like in this company. But still I want thank you for giving me the opportunity.

Dislikes

While working at Realizer Technologies, I was initially hopeful about the opportunities, but ultimately, I wasn't satisfied with the job, salary, or the management. My manager, who was also the CEO, Sachin Shinde, contributed significantly to a mentally distracting work environment. I felt that the company did not value or respect its employees adequately, and there was a pattern of laying off employees, often under the guise of performance issues....Read More
