Evidently, the firms shortcomings come to the fore, especially considering my tenure within the US tax department. Unfortunate, Ms. Sameeksha, the US tax manager, exhibits a troubling inclination to bully her subordinates. Her capricious mood swings govern her interactions with the team, and she grapples with the challenge of effectively to address inquiries, opting to respond with either intimidation or reproach when faced with doubts. Tragically, she consistently abstains from providing to her subordinates. The perplexing part is that US partner inexplicably continues to endorse her despite he inappropriate behaviour. Moreover, within the US tax department, communication gap persists. Small queries go unanswered and seeking guidance from manager (Ms. Sameeksha) yields responses at her convenience, wich might even extend to a week, leaving task in limbo. She maintains a facade of productivity while. in reality, she frequently absent herself from the office during work hours, ostensibly engaged in work related activities, but evidently travelling (enjoying outside/Picnic) without seeking formal leaves. Engaging in any disagreement eith Ms. Sameeksha can quickly lead to misuse of her authoritative position, potentially resulting in the termination of her subordinates. Therefore, I strongly advise anyone considering joining RBSM US tax team to carefully weigh their decision before proceeding. Regrettably, RBSN LLP lacks substantial opportunities for career advancement. Despite being initially hired as senior associate, I discovered upon commencing my actual duties that the position i held wasn't reflective of senior role. While they might present a senior position to prospective candidates, the reality contradicts this claim.
