rayyan workers are sharing ideas and techniques at the same time the work become easy.

Dislikes

the management do not value the workers individuals performance. like no absent at duty for I year to 3 years straigt without any complement like me I never received in appreciation.

yes I work in rayyan for 6 years I do parameter in the machine. mold maintenance. trouble shoot in the product if any abnormalities in the product. mold setter.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
