The overall work climate in the company is generally good However there are significant issues that need to be addressed.

One of the main concern is Account Head whose behavior towards employees is extremely unprofessional and rude. Management should look into this.He don’t have any manner's to how to talk with new employee. Additionally HR Sayali another source of frustration of many employees. She doesn’t know how to run company policy. She cut salary if employees come 1 min late she deduct 1/2 day salary. She has many faces. She cut the call on face during conversation many site employees faces this issue & also head office people said about this. She told to employee if you create seen then I will through out the company even company owner didn’t know about this issue. It is important for the management to address these issues....Read More

Admin is illiterate, doesn't know how company works, not helping if you have any concern, in 1st month they will treat you as a Top of the World but after 1 month they change their behavior, and treat like A slave, & also there is no Employee benefits in this company, rather than they tell you additional rules after joining the company which is not mentioned in policy, & worst part is they deduct salary as much they can....Read More

Worst company to work in . No proper process in company . Director is the worst no HR policies. They have other policies like probation is 1 year no leaves . No going out in lunch .talking on personal calls even if emergency is not alowed . this compny is jail.

Sudden changes in policies. Will not inform you in advance & starting deducting salary if you are 1 min or 30 seconds late and very harsh with timings even u are doing up down or struck in a traffic no grace time for anything. Only applicable for special employees.
