To gain experience of every field ..from store to being site engineer and estimator

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

no personal life ,No pf facility , no sick leaves , work even on labour day and other traditional days , no team outings, no office party, no HR Overall boring .....

Salary - Bad
Job security - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor
Company culture - Bad
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Just like no company likes employes getting united , so does this company , but overall I learnt lot being on site as junior engineer only till certain point.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
