The ambience and vibe is the best thing here. A good cooperative environment for fresher candidates. Coordination between like minded people that creates less confliction. Job related travels are there.

Job security is a matter of concern when you are not doing your work passionately or not efficient enough. Very good company to learn things as fresher but salary is not that much for respective posts.
