The Most Concerning aspects are 1.Lack of Expertise in Top Level Management :Employees in Top roles such as CEO, Delivery manager & Others in similar positions, often lack a thorough understanding of their responsibilities. It's surprising how some of them were selected despite having Low-level English Skills and being overly talkative on irrelevant topics. 2.Overpaid Under Qualified Personnel : The company could hire 3 to 4 skilled professionals at half the salaries paid to some of these Gentleman which could significantly contribute to its growth & Business Development. 3.Hiring & Monitoring Process: The Managing Partner should more cautious when hiring high- paid, responsible roles. There should also be continuous monitoring to detect any issues early on and take necessary actions, including termination if needed. 4.Market Standards: The company should align with industry standards. While other companies are offering two-day weekends, it's important to question what additional value is being delivered for the extra work on Saturdays here. 5.Importance of Feedback : Employee feedback is crucial for the success of any organization. If top management misuses their authority and fires talented tech professionals just to preserve their own positions, the company will struggle to achieve long term growth 6.
