Real-Life Experience 1) Come to the office late thrice and they will cut your half-day salary. 2) The accounts dept is like SBI Bank- 'Abhi Time Nahi Hai, Baad Me Ana'. Rude people with inferiority complexes. 3) Indian Style Toilet shared by 20 people Including Maheshwaris- remains dirty all the time. 4) Rat infested place. Literally. 5) Army Bunker like office. Unhygienic & Unsanitary. 6) Ashok Maheshwari forced staff working from home during COVID-19 to come to the office by not paying them salaries. 7) No Covid Protocols were followed. You are on your own. 8) Baniya mentality everywhere. Even when they pay you a salary, they count money. 9) Slave Culture. Survive by licking the boots of Ashok Maheshwari. 10)Ashok Maheshwari and his son Alind Maheswari were Rude to the people. During Covid, they asked staff to prove what kind of work they were doing in an insulting manner. 11) Both the brothers are Nalayak and Nikamme- Alind & Amode. Their only qualification is they are 'Baap ki Aulaad'. 12) Alind Maheshwari has no JD in the Rajkamal. His Designation is Director, Though. Apne hi Baap ki Company me. Prefers to hire people cheaply to do his work. Got Blacklisted by a vendor because of this Baniya attitude. 13) All the 3 Maheshwaris like to huddle in their Daddy Ji office, discussing for hours - how to suck blood and steal money from employees by not paying them. They are known to force employees into meetings till late at night and give them 'good-day' biscuits as refreshments. 14) Chief Editor Nirupam is an accomplished Nautanki. Broke his leg and with that lost his mental balance too. Office rules do not apply to him. Comes to work at 2 pm and works till late at night much to the misery of chaprasi. He does this drama to prove 'ki woh namak ada kar raha hai'. 15) 2 Female employees under Nirupam quit because of harassment. 16) A female worker dealing with mental health issues was forced to come to the office by Ashok Maheshwari, proving his money-counting Rude Baniya Mentality....Read More
