Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There is no set criteria as to what their educational staff has to do. You will be picked out of nowhere to do jobs of 4 people alone. If I have to sum it up, nothing is there to protect the teachers, working hours. If you're doing good you'll 'Appreciated' so much so that you'll feel ashamed of yourself because now your co-workers are made feel less about. And if you make the tiniest mistake, you get reprimanded brutally. I feel horrible while writing this but Rainbow International is built on very weak pillars. My request to the school is to stop climbing on the shoulders of their frontline staff in the name of competition. Do better!...Read More
