on-time salary (at least for staff)

No EPF, no joining letter, no offer letter, no insurance, no skill development training, blind management, no canteen, don't follow their own rules and regulations, HR always try to avoid his work, no appreciation, computers are slow as hell, there are always errors in the system which no-one cares about, very poor salary hike

There were many concern departments like HR, Account and so on but because of head of every department every employee couldn't got opportunity. But In the year 2022 there are so many changes applied in work process. Everyone has defined by their role whether it would be department head or employee.. if any employee does his/her worktimely it will show on their worksheet with time/day etc. So no head can stop opportunity for others. My score goes down Because of there are some timer set on your worksheets and your work was not done on time because of it dependent on other employee work too..

Work policy: It depends if I can't go office because of any reason and because of I am directly working under the management of company, they permit me to work from home. This will apply for head only
