I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. There is no proper communication between team members, the owner mr. Madhav has been very poor in dealing with the employess no proper communication, no proper way to manage to manage a team No medical insurance, no leaves, 6 day working very hectic environment
