As it was a startup i got to work and learn from directly my boss. Variety of projects to work on, also if you have any unique skillset of yours, there are high chances of it being utilised in projects. Boss is very understanding in terms of leaves.

Dislikes

Very less exposure to big brands. Sometimes you might have to work till late night.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
