R1 Not have floor mentor and trainers at Chennai location. So it's difficult to learn new things and give good performance. Management is forced to work at every weekend , reason is manager is not good handling at working weeks.

Worst worst worst 😞 The mentorship system at R1 is one of the worst I’ve seen. Instead of guiding and supporting employees, it feels more like a tool to push people out. Many of my colleagues were forced to resign, and some were even terminated right in front of me. If you try to raise these issues with upper management, nothing changes. They simply ignore the problems, and the toxic cycle continues. There’s no real support, no fair opportunities—just pressure and uncertainty. Almost Everything..no work-life balance on every Saturdays they ask to do OT or Friday starch without any compensation. In terms of Salary if you compare to another company you will find it on in between. No promotion if you're not a a$$ licker. Work satisfaction is a joke there.. I don't want to write such things because I never did this to any company but this bu!!-shit

Nothing to like in this company, no work life balance and no respect for others efforts. Giving threats on every minor mistake and micro management. Team leads should have been trained before giving them teams to handle

Balanced work and personal life, Management is too supportive and understand the limitations and challenges of every employee and work towards the improvement areas

It's not dislikes, however, each one of us wanted to do a lot for the team members and planned a lot of engagements but due to Hybrid and WFH sometimes each individual isn't available to be a part of it (F2F/Onsite). Also, at Organization level it needs to review each ones Compensation to make it balanced for all, especially for tenured team members (Salary Revision at Market based).

R1 for me is one of the finest organisation. I love R1 as everyone is treated equally irrespective of position. Work is manageable and you get to learn new things.

I personally don't have any dislike except the food and the incentive slab. Like everyone work very hard but the incentive slab is very much low as compared to the other companies. And about food that needs to be Little bit good.

There are many things to dislike. Like management system. All the senior (trainer, super visor) were working from home they never visit office to discuss with employees that what problems there are facing.

Taking own leave very hard work. Extended shift Management send back any documents and say there is minor mistake and it took almost 3-4 hours. There is some mistake. Then modified it than again say it can be more impressive

Poor working culture job instability, poor management and vintage resources keep on doing politics and dont let anyone stay in the organisation. I wont personally recommend anyone to join that company had terrible experience there
