Most terrible things is if you are ex- employee of R1rcm and if you want to rejoin after 1 year then Hr will ask you to join the company on the same previous package when you were working in the past. It’s the most pathetic and worst experience I have with the R1rcm Hr team.

A company is known by their management and since I have worked with R1 RCM I can definitely say that based on my experience this company is worth working. You will easily approach your hrbp/skip level manager to resolve any matter.

They must think about to decrease the time to be eligible for ijp for the employees.
