This is one kind of super organization. Comparing to any health care services R1RCM is the good company. The company is located in Porur Commerzone. Here the amenities and infrastructure are very good and huge cafeteria. I will never forget this organization in my life. Example: Friends, Managers, Anniversary party in office, hotelfeather's and adhithya, Diwali and new year DJ and the foods offered by R1 during some tamil and office festivals. The infrastructure is very very good. I can say more and more about R1. R1 is always R1. The name and quality cannot be change. No dress code policy. We can buy the foods from outside and we can eat here in R1 cafeteria or we can eat in Commerzone common cafeteria. No SME or TL. Directly need to report to the Operation Manager or Assosiate Operational Manager. All the HRs are very friendly and also R1 admin team is good. Only the R1 will provide both two way cab facility. It is not an van. It is a Car. Also here the transport is free of cost and If we are not using the cab for three continuosly. No deductions will happen only our name will remove from the cab roaster. Again we need to approach the manger by mail and ask them to add our in name in roaster. From April 2023 - August 2024 the company is very good. I will never forget this R1 organization. Dislikes

Foods are not good and too costly. We can buy the foods from outside of the office. Also here the process are very easy and some hard process. So the manager, team and process will stable your mind and being there. Now from coming year they are not hiring the tamil persons. Also in IJP, they are only giving promotions to North people's.
