compensation is decent but Growth is slow and we have to be available 16/18 hours of opearation in a day

I have been appointed as a operation manager where i was responsible for business planning and execution, communicators (between the clients and with our team), P&L, Managing people, conducting on floor training session and driving over all team spirit

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
