Varun - It would have been better if you would have written the complete facts on this platform. We would like to correct your fact that there was no salary cut in your case during second covid wave and the company paid your salary in full except for the leaves you took. At that time, the company took a universal decision of not to provide any casual leaves to any of the resource in order to avoid any other kind of specific pay cuts due to ongoing affected cash flows and to ensure minimum disruption to anyone and to take everyone along inspite of their performance. The other option the company had was to handhold only the good & loyal performers and to say good bye to the poor performers like you who had been already on caution and red alert from last few months and a burden on the company from a while. But appreciate the fact that being very reasonable the company supported each and every resource at that time point of time. With this decision it was also informed that any such loss will be compensated in one or the other form once the situation is normal and the company has even done that by rolling back all such special decisions in couple of months and have even given mid term appraisals to most of the people and that too with above Industry percentage to compensate the loss which was there during Covid period. Also recall the situation where your RMs caught you roaming outside the house without any prior information to the company when you were supposed to be on those important team/ project calls. I hope this will clarify your irresponsible attitude towards your work and responsibilities. Feeling depressed may be natural in your case because when people don't perform well and work in most irresponsible manner and constantly give excuses for their inefficiencies & mistakes in their work and put the onus of their in-competencies on their fellow teammates then this depression is bound to happen. You may easily recall various events which took place when company was very unhappy and gave you several warnings in this regard during your employment. You have mentioned - "Politics By Top Management And They Don’t Even Know That How To Talk". The thing which you are writing for the company's management is actually true and but rather than company infact has been done by you during your tenure here. Please recall the situation where after Covid every Friday (for few weeks) you started taking leaves giving one or the other false excuses. This is corroborated from the fact that you discussed with your RM that you want to pursue something of your own along with staying with the company taking benefit of Friday and if for the same company can allow leaves. However when company denied any such proposal then you started taking leaves every other Friday for few weeks giving false excuses for pursuing something else which jeopardized the company's ongoing work & Projects extensively However notwithstanding to anything, it is not R.K Associates culture to bring all such internal things on such social platform but unfortunately you left us with no other option when you have raised all such issues on a public platform which is beyond any fact to wrongfully malign company’s image and reputation. In case you had any concern you could have talked to the company’s HR to clarify your doubts/ concerns. Company is liberal and providing the most motivated, high energy and positive environment to its resources and that is why even the poor performers like you has enjoyed even after being completely irresponsible during your tenure. Those who do not perform felt left out and then tend to blame everyone like you are doing here on public platform. I hope this clarify your doubts and concerns.
