The company provides permanent work from home however you can't even think to take a small break. No security job here. Company will release same day even if you have 1 months notice period to serve Company will release you just by cleint saying that you are not good

You would need to be a sycophant and butter your manager then only you would get some sort of appreciation or appraisal. The hardworkers who dont butter their manager don't receive much growth opportunities despite being the better employees than the sycophants

This organisation is Dominated by management who are gujarati and are old employees. They don't care about anyone . No sympathy for employees. Strict rules, Micromanagement, mentally torture and undue pressure. No flexibility. If you have urgency and want leave, not allowed.

The promotion system is fully involved politics. The upper manegement only promotes people who is moving around them and doing sugar coating things. The salary as per work allocation is too low compared to market standards.
