As. I am worked in .net technologies the clients are excellent and mostly manager and TL are the best people they understand the problem and suggest better solution.

Dislikes

Sometime too much good makes us idle . Also Sometime Hr culture are unnecessary.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
