Career transition

i hold bachelor degree in mechanical 2019. 2020-2021 worked as associate compliance engineer in TE connectivity. 2022-2024 worked as Project engineer in enventure banglore. 2025 im starting working as Senior engineer in Quest global company banglore. im having total 4.5 years of experience in total . im having less pay so looking for career shift to high pay salary roles/jobs . advice me or suggest me good high paying jobs whih are easier for me to transition . from senior engineer (im not intrested in coding) I’m confused between whether to chose Sap mm consultant Project manager Product manager Please help If u have any other role which is easier for me to transition from senior engineer

Politics, managers are not so responsible for their employees, the Leadership does not care of the people during COVID-19, First in but But first out in firing. Last in but they are not fired just beacuse they do the politics.

un necessary hierarchy. There are too many managers. They dont know what to do after acquisition.
