Managers tourture and poor appraisals, poor salary, poor compensation and benifits, less amount for shift working peaple, poor appraisal process and lot of office politics, if asked for the reason for not giving appraisal no one is taking responsibility and who are working are poor fellows

Company is totally on Core industries like embedded,mechanical branch work.clients are good in core like mediatek,exilmobil etc. Yet to grow in IT industries.

Hikes are in single digit not even crossing 5%.Employee will stay if hikes are good. Projects are not much. If hired for any client and if in future client goes off then very less chances to get another client.better to look outside if on bench.

Project uncertininty . After working 1.5 years in this company I realized they hardly get long term project. Mostly they got short project after fighting with several competitors.
