My personal experience at QuEST has been very pleasing in terms of my role and responsibilities. The ownership and growth opportunity I have received has been satisfying. But the same isn't true for everyone. You have to be part of the right team to enjoy the benefits. But in general good work life balance and opportunity to prove your skills.

Dislikes

Miserly compensation policy, non-transparent culture, ancient mindset of indigenous QuEST leaders, too much politics, people get appreciated for their closeness to leaders than performance. Limited benefits

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
