In Quest, there is no job security. If you dont get any billable opportunities they will fire you within a month. salary and appraisal are like a day dream, the maximum compensation will be 1k. If you have any options over this, go with that.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
