Job security is an issue as of now. Dirty politics in the Network departments. They have started MSP departments without any market knowledge they hire people as manager and director and within 2-3 months they immediately fired them. I will request any networking and security engineer wanted to join this company please don't join. Your skillset will get wasted and get diminished.

The technical leaning is good as you will be working for 15-16 hours a day in different projects with different requirements.

CM Sharma (CEO) and Mandeep (COO) have definitely good potentials and both have versatile experience and capability to drive the business. The worst part lies with entire leadership in Retail division. Here the leadership quality is very poor and they don't have fundamental knowledge of process governance . And unfortunately no leader does have simple presentation skills/PPT skill also. Audit control, managing people, managing process and managing customer are simply jokes. Autocratic nature and Bureaucracy are the heights. If any job hunters would really want to destroy their learning and diminish the skill sets and have to stay in an unsecured toxic workplace, those people should join this company. People already worked in good MNCs should never thought of joining Quatrro. Otherwise, You will simply invite big bull to run behind your a**. Here few tenured leaders (AVP, GM, SVP in Retail segment) in both India and USA have not worked on their skillsets and survived for long basis their mutual relationship. Possessing right Quality and skill sets would be simply found to be curse for outsiders or those who have been hired externally. Last but not the least, I don't find any words for HR function also.
