At Quantuum, it is decentralised working culture wherein even the new commers can discuss issue or suggest for working directly to the seniors. Here even freshers are given employment opportunities.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics nowadays and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not decent and the career growth is slow.

Likes

The experience in the particular field of IBC is good and have learned to be self dependent and take calls independently on any matter for the project. However no support was given by the management during the lockdown period and also salaries were deducted and working efficiencies were reduced due to unnecessary reporting procedures

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management never resolves our problem and make such policies which decreases the efficiency of the employee. Also the growth is slow and salary is not sufficient and no increment since 1.5 year.

Work Details

It is quite interesting and leaning new thing and projects and how to handle matters of project single handedly.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)
