It doesn't seems that we are working in a office all official decorem maintained but in very soft way no harassing no politics we work like a family we solve our individual problems together.

As it's my 1st company I got 100% support from my colleagues especially Yemen, Sandip Sir all of them they become just like my family.

Just one thing before discontinuing someone if they give some days. All of a sudden they told me that will not continue with me.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
