The organization had some of the best team mates you can find. Also the amount of exposure it gave was at the good level

Dislikes

Managemental interference on creative levels was a disturbing element, while lack of understanding the demands of the employees by the management also increased a dislike for working in the organization

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

Dislikes

They don't pay salary on time. Even salary's are pending from 3 months. I don't recommend them to anyone. At the time of joining they give big promises but all of them are empty.
