Very Friendly Management and Very flexible Working Hours… mostly you are either at site or working from home. Company leave policy is good and they does not cut salaries if leave reason is genuine.

Dislikes

Career Growth is very fast in initial few years and then after 3-4 years it is very very slow. No bonuses and no or late appraisals. No training or additional courses but managements is quite cooperative and knowledgeable, who can guide/help you… but for projects only.

Work life is good for me as I am single and does not have a lot to do. I like travelling and this job is all about travelling.
