Nothing to learn ,poor management . No skilled managers are there to handle any escalations on QA . From Dev team people will be escalating on stuff but their management team will not come into picture

Dislikes

Management needs to be improved .Managers needs to involve into day to day activities ..In scrum calls there will be no senior person to handle any issues . Managers will talk to you during the appraisal and will not behave well in most of the cases
