The work demands are tough and very close to the basic level of engineering hardly taught in Engineering colleges. This facilitates the opportunity to learn a lot if you are attentive and eger to learn. It's like Australia. It makes you tough.

Dislikes

Above point can be a downside for someone looking for a easy job. Beware of the environment though. It's like Australia. Everything can kill you.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
