Deteriorating work culture (rumors, backstabbing, gossiping, slandering, blame gaming, pointing fingers at others) owing to toxic folks 3. Mentors/leaders assigned with weak knowledge, minimal experience, and evade when fault gets recognized 4. Don't believe in quality, but focuses on quantity 5.
