Work from home not there, but irony is this is told upfront to employees and employees join the company, and then they leave because wfh is not there. C’mon guys we need to grow up!

1. Flexible timings 2. Good work-life balance 3. Could acquire good knowledge about the specific technology an individual is assigned 4. Mostly independent work 5. Less micromanagement and daily work stress 6. Growth opportunities within the organization 7. Leaves get approved without much inquiry 8. Opportunity to engage with C-suite level clients 9. Basic skills development (reading, writing, communication, research, critical thinking) 10. Helpful colleagues

Dislikes

1. Pathetic HR policies (no leave encashment, no WFH, no additional leaves in case of emergency, no perks and incentives, no leaves during festivals, and very few leaves during probation) 2. Deteriorating work culture (rumors, backstabbing, gossiping, slandering, blame gaming, pointing fingers at others) owing to toxic folks 3. Mentors/leaders assigned with weak knowledge, minimal experience, and evade when fault gets recognized 4. Don't believe in quality, but focuses on quantity 5. Zero motivation and recognition for hard work 6. Zero work satisfaction 7. Complete marketing and sales job 8. Impromptu decisions, unrealistic goals, poor business model 9. Lack of transparency from upper management 10. Management constantly complains about poor performance 11. Precarious company situation 12. Often appraisals are based on the perception of the employee 13. Limited job scope, making it challenging to transition to other roles outside of market research 14. Dislikes

No wfh even if there's an emergency. The only option is to lose money and take leave. And if theres an emergency then even if you are admitted in hospital they expect you to be present.

5 days a week. The company changed name to group to look big. So you can like and feel good.

Spineless HR, fit for nothing co-founder ritika. The company is as flat in structure as their growth. Copied matrix from Gartner, research from idc, and much more. ChatGPT blogs and reports to fool clients. They teach leap frog that they could never take for themselves. Don't even apply.
