Any organisation which help you groom and allow a platform to perform in the industry deserves an applause. No organisation is bad its the people who make it bad. Apparently I have seen all phases while working with Bioclinica or Synowledge. In nutshell if you are interested to learn spending your time & effort- its a good organisation to work for.

Dislikes

Nothing expect frequent leadership changes which ultimately hampers few staff growth. Again I would add that its a part & parcel of industry and one should be smart to handle the situation.
