The company is good (at least when I was working). The on boarding procedure was very comfortable. Most of my colleagues were very efficient and friendly. I was recognized for my work, hence I never faced insecurity in my job.

Dislikes

The work life balance greatly depends on the project you are working on. Even within a project there could be divisions and you might end up in a division which would require you to work on Saturdays and extend during weekdays. While working from office the work was still manageable, however, it got worse once Covid struck and work from home was implemented. Even though I expressed my interest in exploring new areas in the project, the lack of man power in my division restricted me to continue the same work for years without any skill development opportunity. There was no work life balance. Although, we were made to work extended shifts, and on holidays, and weekends regularly, we weren't provided with good appraisals which led to my resignation. The management does not hire enough manpower for a project which overloads the existing employees with endless work....Read More

I worked here as a senior manager for couple hours of years & handled multiple projects there. Believe me I never felt so suffocated in my life. Company have no goals & zero values. Even manager level people just abscond the company (its that shity of a company). I was forced to fire hundred of employees over a teams call, I felt sobad. Many employees said they will commit suicide as they have no means of earning & were fired with absolutely zero reasons & warnings. Only join if it's absolutely necessary, better to join other companies with lower packages....Read More

- Mentors/QCs put their teams status "do not disturb". They don't reply to queries and mark errors in QC workflow - Unprofessional behaviour while providing feedback - unrealistic targets - Micro-management -HRs don't respond to your issues even after multiple reminders. They work under influence of project management.

They are just business minded people. Worst corporate politics especially by female employees and reason is everyone's unsure of their place in project despite majority of year how they performed. Some managers just expect things to be done even if no one have any ideas on how to do it. Never ever discuss your problems with anyone.
