Everything to dislike here. Worst company ever with worst work life balance.

Dislikes

Management never supports employees. The work life balance is extremely poor here. They treat employees like a slave and micromanage every second. WFM hold grudges and deliberately overload the employees with targets. They try to squeeze you and make you work 24/7 and still dont appreciate and ask you to work even more. Getting leaves is a task here. A lot of politics happen in this office. Even if you work from 9 AM to midnight, it won't matter to them and they will keep you overloading with more and more work without any additional compensation....Read More

Good scope for interdisciplinary growth. Amazing team coordination and support. Work-life balance is great.

Dislikes

Managerial confusions that lately imposed micromanagement of employees (something which did not exist earlier). Pay scale increments / promotions are poor despite good and stable performance. Job security is at risk if and when a project gets pulled back by client.
