The overtime and the salary was good. And I they were providing WFH. Otherwise, the work culture is absolutely terrible.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. All they want is you tied to your device 24/7. The management of workflow and the management of employee details are terrible. There's no work-life ethics. And the lay-off of 400 deserving candidates was unbelievable.

No value for hardwork. If you are close enough to higher management, you will get anything without doing anything. No value for existing employees, happy to hire from outside by giving double package as compare to existing employees. Once you are in, forget about mental peace and work life balance. Rude behavior of Managers and helpless HR (not effective at all).
