The money you enter this company you enter 1940s because thats when the policies of this company were made. if you are late by a minute you will have a half day marked for the day. You need special permission from your manager if you want to step out of the office premises because the lock the gates from inside. If you are on your phone taking a break all eyes are on you including the CEO. There is no job security people are laid off like mangoes falling from trees....Read More

Good for Knowledge and skill development in ADL for freshers. (Get to perform all tests). Senior's are helpful. On time salary. Phones Allowed. Job security is there.

Dislikes

Salary is below avg. Food facility is pathetic (Overpriced Shit) Appraisal process is too irrelevant to juniors (after all this 8-10% is what u get) Admin is a local dada type, works on jitna loot sako loot lo theory. For HRMS system error, employees have to get things corrected. Or else LOP/ Comp-off lapse.

The management was poor. Finance department was specially a mess. It is family owned business and runs at the whims of founder's son-in-law who himself has very limited financial skills. I won't talk about other departments but DO NOT JOIN FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF THIS ORGANIZATION.

Leaves not allowed to be taken. I was asked to leave for taking 7 leaves in 7 months. Department was charged abruptly.

Only HR (recruitment team) is good. They are very professional but Operation HR team is really goons here.

Very bad experience in my whole career. I am giving true and honest review of mine without any biasness. Join only when you have no any option and stuck totally in your professional life Very very bad culture, fully groupism. Old employees formed a group here and don't want new joinee to stabilize.
