1) Highest deduction (22%) 2) They are backed in 20 years. 3) Rules like Jail Don't ware Jeans Must ware chudi with shaal Tea time 15 min. Strictly followed. 4) No infrastructure (Expired chemicals, running rats ,Completely rusting Cupboard, Vaccum oven, Muffler furnace, Fumming Hood) 5) Some manager did caste based discrimination 6) I can't update your self. ( If you fresher, you can't learn basic Documentation practice ALCOA also) really they know everything. But they not ready to develop due to some internal politics 7) one of world worst HR ( Rak**).
