Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes ,i have to work 12-16 hrs Straight in A day .

...and operators are old persons but some one will do work but some one won't work. In night shift all operators and cls will sleep 3 PM you only to do all work I will say here seafty person is wast and passing time And documents always back dated and page changing book changing will do and they never give training how to write documents even process also No proper safety follow there ,even Gloves also not giving ,they using highly dangerous chemicals but there is no any 3M Cartridge mask In clean room you should use one gloves for a day Casual workers won't work properly And they give unnecessary work in production department Production block very worst even if you join on first day they don't tell any about the plant they tell you go and unload VTD Centrifug In salary high cutting around 10 k Need updation in document and system handling People working with chemicals for money. even attendance system also very bad in and out only one biometric if anything happened wrong you need to ask HR no clarity in attendance system. For Food 750 per month coupan system There is no morning food in first shift Second shift -7:30 dinner time 8:00 pm will over Night -1 bicut packet Poor seafty nobody will wear helmets Nobody use gloves at all even they smelling only to find chemicals No identification labels for any lines or valves and chemicals too they use same container for unloading methanol, formaldehyde,water , Acetonitrile without cleaning One person should take care of all documents no online documents smame personal will write same. Time different documents Even in a shift 1 chemist 1 shift incharge they will run around three products There are some operators some good people work but some worst people they never do any work they comming for passing time the bleddy managers never ask them to work wast fellows I think if operators not there means the company will be superb and company will produces Good quality product They never give traning you but they will ask that you know this you know You should go in your shift only if you go other shift you need to fill a form and take signatures from your manager security will. Ask Engeneering system very wort . You should work lonely at any area even in pharma area there is no man power you should do all work house keeping, equipment cleaning, documents writing (without explaining by any one ) ,batch processing all My humble request is FDA ,WHO,or any India polution control should visit surprisely in night shift time

My self working as 7 years in that 7 years I am not getting any pramotion.i informed to many times to my reporting manager he is telling as your working in this company my self not promoting you if you want you leave,like statement given. Same like my self informed to higher level no use.

Salary part they need to compensate as per the present market rates. Designation are randomly selected, we need to validate the individual capabilities and provide the designation.

Good work environment and culture.company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow
