*Here nobody object us incase if we do use any instrument of any department. *Fake advertisement.

*No recognition for hard work and skills. *Organisation doesn't follows fixed working hours as they mentioned..when ever audit or inspections starts, every employee should work more than 4 hours a day but on average inspections will goes on once in every week. *HR policies will get changed without involvement of any employees only based on Managing Director. *Forcible bonds and notice periods. *Increment will gives once in a 2 or 3 years. *Caste, region based politics. *Racism about caste, Religion and Gender *if you are a boy or orthodox girl forget about your career development in this company because Those girls who will favourable to higher authorities of this organisation, they can only get jobs, promotions and hikes. *Manufacturing and testing of unlicensed drugs *Complete manipulation at each and every point of work without following any type of regulatory compliance. *These are very few examples and days are not enough to explain about this companies fraud unethical treatment towards employees....Read More

I didn't like Appraisals of increment process..there is no value for hard working and experienced persons here ..here persons are playing politics and showing partiality like state feeling..and hr HODs are worst here both plant and corpy also... especially they asked me for retain for some position and package...I replied them ok..then they changed the decision with in one month...I asked them when I'm reliving...they didn't replied me..... over all... worst culture going on there...they are only pushing people who are not working properly...who are roaming with mobile phones...who are not having minimum knowledge about work......Read More

They pay salary every month.There they don't cheat. Pharma is somewhat ok, but Biotechnology is worst .

1.Far away from city .I became sick by travelling. 2. Job security was not good .Now I cannot tell . 3.All edited data , you will forget ethics. 4 HR many people are worst.Though new HR head is good, I listened from current employee .Previous HR head had very bad attitude. 5.Food was worst, unhealthy, several times , I and many became sick.
