It has been a great platform to grow. Toughness defines the strength, and challenges define creativity. Indeed a good learning professionally and personally.

Apart from work, Bioclinica also encouraged stress release games, like chess, caram, table tennis, or quick 5 min game to refresh the minds, and kept everyone working connected. It was indeed a good environment working.

I wish there was something to like except for the fact that it is in Mysore.

Bioclinica has managers who have no experience working in a corporate elsewhere. They've climbed the ladder way too fast to understand the difficulties of the employee. They expect the employee to stretch, work overtime, over the weekends but with no appreciation or compensation which leaves the employees in a state of permanent stress
