Being 100% dedication and honest to the work position , it doesn't get valued correctly . Since I got changed from full time to part time . I feel its totally unfair and my work for the company was not valued correctly .

Overall a great platform to me for learn and i wis to rejoin again in future, But in Management non technical persons promoted as leader, and due to experience less they can’t handle team properly. And they work as he want, they doesn’t care about company culture, company values, they create revenue from inspector’s allowance, the 1-2 person never feel field inspector’s situations. Very bad management Zero percentage job security. You doing good work but ITL not like means Hi tell some Lie then provide a termination letter.
